Premises Liability Claim Dismissed
On March 12, 2003, Vincent A. Nagler won a defense verdict in New York County Supreme Court in defending a cooperative and managing agent against a claim of negligence. Prior to trial the Court ruled that a strip of molding in the building's elevator that the plaintiff tripped on was defective and dangerous. The jury rejected plaintiff's claims that her brain injury and shoulder surgery were related to the dangerous conditon.
