 
Civil Suit Against Leonardo DiCaprio Dismissed
(September 29, 2004) - Paul F. Callan, attorney to Leonardo Di Caprio, is pleased to announce that New York Supreme Court Justice Paula Omansky has granted our Motion for Summary Judgment and dismissed all charges lodged against Leonardo Di Caprio in the case of Wilson v. DiCaprio. In her decision, Justice Omansky carefully reviewed all of the evidence and concluded that Mr. Di Caprio did not contribute in any way to the alleged assault of Roger Wilson. In fact, whether Wilson was assaulted outside the Asia de Cuba restaurant or whether he initiated an assault against another remains to be decided by the Court on another day.
