 
Dismissal of Action affirmed by Appellate Division
Michael P. Kandler successfully represented the owner and managing agent of a cooperative apartment corporation on an appeal brought by a tenant. The Appellate Division, First Department affirmed the dismissal of the action, holding that the defendants did not have actual or constructive notice of any dangerous condition on the property.
