Received a Juris Doctorate Degree from St. John's University, School of Law in 1987 after graduating summa cum laude from St. John's University. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Zito served as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Frank J. Pino of the Supreme Court of the State of New York.

Since her admission to the bar, she has practiced in the field of insurance defense litigation, specializing in insurance coverage issues. Ms. Zito is also an accomplished trial attorney with experience in the areas of automobile, construction, commercial and medical malpractice litigation.

She is admitted to practice before the Courts of the State of New York and New Jersey as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the U.S. District Court of New Jersey.
