Received her Juris Doctor degree from Hofstra University School of Law in 1989, after graduating magna cum laude from Long Island University in 1986, where she received academic distinction in the Honors Program and honors in Criminal Justice. Prior to joining the firm, she was associated with the New York office of an international litigation firm, where she specialized in products liability, toxic torts, insurance coverage and premises liability. Since joining the firm, she has continued to concentrate in defense litigation, specifically insurance coverage, products liability, vehicular negligence and premises liability. Ms. Block has been involved in numerous intellectual property claims, providing coverage advice to insurance carriers as well as representation in copyright and trademark infringement lawsuits.

Ms. Block is admitted to practice before Courts of the States of New York and New Jersey, and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
