David A. LoRe received his Juris Doctor degree from Emory University School of Law in 2001 after graduating from Binghamton University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology in 1997. During law school, Mr. LoRe interned for the Honorable Richard M. Berman of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York as well as the City of Atlanta Law Department, where he focused on defending claims made against various city agencies in both State and Federal Court.
Prior to the joining the firm, Mr. LoRe was associated for four years with another New York City law firm with a practice devoted to litigation in the New York City Family Court system. He represented private foster care agencies and adoptive parents in child neglect and abuse cases, termination of parental rights proceedings and various other administrative hearings. In addition, he oversaw that firm’s appellate practice and routinely argued before the Appellate Division, First and Second Departments.
Mr. LoRe joined Callan, Koster, Brady & Brennan in 2005. He focuses his practice on the defense of claims related to medical malpractice, premises liability, labor law and industrial code violations, property damage, legal malpractice, motor vehicle accidents, breach of contract, general liability cases and insurance coverage disputes. In addition, Mr. LoRe continues to regularly argue before the Appellate Division and has successfully represented clients in numerous appeals.
Mr. LoRe is admitted to practice before the Courts of the State of New York as well as the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
