Faye Eisen received her Juris Doctor degree from The George Washington University Law School in 2005, where she was a member of the Mock Trial Board and the Student Bar Association Elections Committee, as well as a regional finalist in the ATLA National Student Trial Advocacy Competition. She obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism, with a concentration in Public Relations and a minor in Spanish, from the University of Maryland in 2002. Ms. Eisen also studied at the University of Valencia in Valencia, Spain.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Eisen was associated with a litigation firm in Washington, D.C., where she handled a variety of civil matters, including anti-terrorism litigation involving banks and foreign sovereigns accused of providing material support to terrorist organizations. During law school, Ms. Eisen served as a law clerk in the litigation departments of the U.S. Department of Justice and the U.S. Small Business Administration.
Ms. Eisen is admitted to practice before the Courts of the States of New York and Maryland.
