Received a Juris Doctor degree in 1993, magna cum laude, from Vermont Law School, where he was Head Notes Editor of the Vermont Law Review. He received his undergraduate degree from Cook College-Rutgers University, graduating cum laude, in 1989.

Mr. Kilbride is a resident partner in the Shrewsbury, New Jersey office. Prior to joining the firm, he was a Law Clerk to the Honorable Eugene D. Serpentelli, Assignment Judge of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Ocean County, and thereafter became an associate in another litigation firm specializing in the defense of personal injury actions, premises liability, medical malpractice, and insurance coverage. Since joining the firm, he has continued to concentrate in defense litigation, specifically construction accidents, products liability, premises liability, vehicular negligence, and insurance coverage.

Mr. Kilbride is admitted to practice before the Courts of the State of New Jersey, and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
