Jessica McCafferty graduated from New York University with a B.A. in English and American Literature in 2002.  She received her J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2006, where she was a member of the Public Interest Law Students Association and the European Law Moot Court Society.   While in law school, Mrs. McCafferty interned for an Administrative Law Judge in Brooklyn Family Court.  She also interned for two non-profit organizations which provided legal services to victims of domestic violence.  

Mrs. McCafferty is admitted to practice law before the Courts of the State of New York and is a member of the New York County Lawyers Association.  Since joining the firm, she has engaged in all aspects of defense litigation.
