Ms. Peress received her Juris Doctor degree in 2003 from Hofstra University School of Law. She graduated from CUNY Queens College in 2000, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Communications. She is admitted to practice law in New York State, Florida, and California.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Peress served as an Assistant State Attorney in Miami (Dade County), Florida for over 3 years. While there, she conducted numerous felony and misdemeanor trials.

Since becoming associated with the firm, Ms. Peress has been involved in all aspects of defense litigation including medical malpractice, premises and other general liability matters.
