Received a Juris Doctor degree from Widener University School of Law in 1995. Mr. Bierman received a B.A. in Communications with a minor in Business Administration from The Pennsylvania State University in 1992, graduating cum laude. He was honored by selection to the Justice Morris Pashman American Inn of Court, a highly competitive trial advocacy program.

Since joining the firm, Mr. Bierman has been involved in all aspects of insurance defense litigation, including premises liability, construction and labor law, professional negligence, and vehicular negligence. He was previously associated with a top 25 international law firm, where he specialized in complex federal and state litigation.

He is admitted to practice before the Courts of the States of New York and New Jersey and the District of Columbia and the US District Court for the District of New Jersey. Mr. Bierman is a member of the American Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, New Jersey State Bar Association, and the District of Columbia Bar.
