A resident associate in the Shrewsbury, New Jersey office, Mr. Mathias graduated from the University of South Carolina in 1992 with a degree in Finance and Personnel Management. He received his Juris Doctor from the Seton Hall University School of Law in 1999, where he was a member of the Legislative Law Journal.

Before joining the firm, Mr. Mathias was a law clerk to the Hon. James P. Courtney, Jr., Presiding Judge of the Special Civil Part, Superior Court of New Jersey, Ocean County. He is a member of the Ocean County Bar Association and the New Jersey State Bar Association. Mr. Mathias concentrates his area of practice in general civil litigation and insurance defense.

He is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and the Federal District Court of New Jersey.
