Steven Kaye received a Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from Brooklyn Law School in 2009 after obtaining a Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, in Political Science from The College of the Holy Cross in 2006.

Prior to joining the firm in 2010, Mr. Kaye served as a fellow in the chambers of the Honorable Justice Deborah Kaplan in the New York County Supreme Court.  Since joining the firm, Mr. Kaye has engaged in both trial and appellate work, relating to the areas of insurance coverage disputes, professional liability, construction litigation, commercial litigation, intellectual property, and premises liability.

Mr. Kaye is admitted to practice law before the Courts of the State of Connecticut.  Mr. Kaye=s admission to practice before the Courts of the State of New York is pending.
