Vincent Finnegan is the resident partner in the Garden City, New York office. Mr. Finnegan graduated from Stonehill College in 1989 with a degree in Business Administration. He received his Juris Doctor in 1994 from Thomas M. Cooley Law School. 

Mr. Finnegan joined the firm as an associate in 1994 after working at a Long Island firm that specialized in the defense of personal injury actions. Mr. Finnegan was elevated to partner in 2001. Since joining the firm, Mr. Finnegan has specialized in the defense of premises liability, construction and labor law and medical malpractice matters.

He is admitted to practice law in the state courts of New York, as well as the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
